Mikayla Gillum
Mikayla Gillum is a junior, and this is her second year writing for the Eye of the Bluebird. She is an AVID Scholar. She plans to further her knowledge and skills of writing while writing for the Eye of the Bluebird in her junior and senior year. She hopes to have a career as a historian at this time. She was one of the contributing writers to to the Baltimore Sun's Op-ed piece on the Jan 2021 Capitol attack and has been a part of the News Literacy Project for 2021 and 2022.
