Mikayla Gillum is a sophomore, and this is her first-year writing for the Eye of the Bluebird. She is an AVID Scholar. She plans to further her knowledge and skills of writing while writing for the Eye of the Bluebird in her junior and senior year. She hopes to have a career in something that she is passionate about and can invest her work ethic into.
