No matter how much we want to protect the ones we love, we must let them make their own decisions and be free to live their own lives!
“Disney’s The Little Mermaid is a story about independence, love, and finding your voice, sometimes at the cost of your own. A true tale of star-crossed lovers at sea,” shares Kenwood Theater Director Ms. Taylor.
Next week, Kenwood’s Drama Department will present The Little Mermaid right here at KHS. Community members are encouraged to come out and catch the show on either December 6, 7, or 8th. Kenwood Drama students have been working hard to put on a wonderful production of this Disney classic. The show begins at 6:30 pm each night. It’s $5.oo for students and $10.00 for the general public.
Kenwood student Jasmine Mwangi is starring as Ariel and Alex Sykes is Prince Eric. Character favorites Sebastian and Flounder will be played by Sage Holden as Sebastian and James Emmons as Flounder.
